FREE tooth whitening for life!

When asked, most people would like to have whiter teeth, this increases their self
confidence and creates a beautiful natural smile.

At Evolve, we recognise that this is something that our patients find important so we like to offer it FREE to our members.

After you have paid your membership for 6 months we will provide you with home trays and sufficient whitening gel for 2 weeks. We will explain how to use your trays and would expect 98% of people to improve the shade of their teeth. Home whitening normally cost £300.

After a year of membership we will give your a further 3 tubes of gel that will allow you to maintain your whiter teeth for the following 12 months. You will be entitled to a box of 3 tubes every 12 months thereafter.

You are welcome to purchase further tubes of gel if you would like to do more top up within a twelve month period. If you prefer to have the in-surgery system, then you would benefit from a £100 discount of the full price. Members who choose to benefit from free home whitening are not entitled to free child dental care.
